The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools, is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are also necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines and possess a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with current trends and best practices in the industry is highly preferred.
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required for this role.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in customer service or client relations is required; prior experience in real estate is considered advantageous.
Highly developed communication abilities and strong interpersonal capabilities are essential for this role.
Individuals must excel in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges effectively, demonstrating robust problem-solving capabilities.
Experienced with Microsoft Office applications and foundational customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is essential.
