Description

A meticulous Finance Executive is sought to oversee the financial aspects of marketing and field operations, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate will oversee budget tracking, process advances, review expenses, perform reconciliations, and ensure all financial activities are closed in a timely manner.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Monitor progress toward key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with broader company goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders to facilitate transparency and timely decision-making. Additionally, lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective success.

Examine and oversee financial allocations to ensure alignment with planned expenditures.

Process and monitor approved advance payments, ensuring accurate recording and follow-up to maintain financial oversight and accountability.

Ensure all expenditures are meticulously reviewed, verified, and accurately recorded in the system.

Reconcile all advances and expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Facilitate prompt liquidation and finalize financial closures for all activities in a timely manner.

Ensure the accurate preparation and upkeep of financial records and supporting documentation in accordance with established standards and regulatory requirements.

Assist in fulfilling reporting obligations and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of hands-on experience in [specific industry/role]. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of [specific regulations/standards] is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proficient in Excel with expertise in Pivot Tables, LOOKUP/LOOKUP, and ideally Power Query.

Experienced in managing financial advances, processing expense claims, and executing reconciliations with precision.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and accurately.

Proficiency in assisting sales, marketing, or field operations is considered beneficial.
