Job Summary
The Chief Supervising Officer (CSO) will oversee all security operations, supervise security staff, and ensure the strategic deployment of guards at client sites.

Develop and oversee training initiatives tailored for security personnel to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
Ensure the guards uphold discipline, professionalism, and operational efficiency at all times.
Maintain routine communication with leadership to provide operational progress reports and address any arising difficulties.
Responsibilities include managing incident reports and maintaining comprehensive security documentation to ensure accurate records and compliance with established protocols.
Conduct thorough background checks and implement stringent vetting procedures for all security personnel to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
A flexible work schedule is required, with the ability to adapt to varying hours as needed to meet operational demands.
Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the expectation of flexibility to accommodate operational demands as required.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a B.Sc. or HND in a related field, supported by 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software applications is essential.
Proficiency in private security operations is a prerequisite for this role.
Security training and hands-on operational experience are essential requirements for this role.
