Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide customers with expert guidance in selecting suitable products and addressing their inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities include processing customer transactions by receiving payments, generating receipts, and accurately recording sales data.
Properly package and organize frozen food items to maintain quality and safety standards.
Maintain a consistently clean, well-organized, and customer-ready store environment at all times.
Provide assistance in the day-to-day management of store activities as necessary.
The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is crucial. Minimum educational requirement includes Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or an equivalent qualification recognized by relevant authorities.
