Monitor departmental performance metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making. Deliver strategic guidance to engineering and R&D teams to ensure the competitiveness of our product offerings.
Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to fuel revenue expansion.
Craft and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to prospective clients to drive interest and secure business opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize agreements while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and financial objectives.

Cultivating strong, ongoing partnerships with current clients to foster long-term retention and satisfaction.

Bid and Tender: Responsible for compiling comprehensive bid documentation and representing the company at tender and bid meetings to secure new business opportunities.
Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet designated revenue objectives.
Identify and pursue fresh business prospects while simultaneously nurturing and strengthening connections with current clients.
Work collaboratively with technical teams to develop proposals and oversee seamless project execution.
Serve as the company’s official representative at industry events and trade shows whenever necessary.
Direct the sales team to ensure peak performance through effective leadership, training, and motivation.
Internally partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Service departments to establish and maintain cohesive collaboration.
