Deliver superior imaging results while strictly complying with established protocols and radiation safety guidelines to protect both patients and staff.
Evaluate patient requirements and deliver suitable care prior to, during, and following imaging procedures to ensure optimal outcomes and patient comfort.
Ensure the precision and completeness of patient records and imaging documentation at all times.
Oversee the ongoing operation and maintenance of radiology equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Guarantee adherence to all applicable regulatory mandates, established quality benchmarks, and internal organizational policies.
Provide guidance and encouragement to junior radiographers and fellow team members to foster their professional growth and development.
