The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will act as the central coordinator for the Managing Director’s office, maintaining streamlined day-to-day operations, fostering seamless stakeholder interactions, and driving the effective implementation of strategic priorities.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Oversee the Managing Director’s calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are organized and maintained with precision.
Organize and oversee executive meetings, board sessions, and stakeholder engagements to ensure seamless coordination and productive outcomes.
Develop and compile meeting agendas, draft comprehensive reports, design engaging presentations, and prepare concise briefing materials.
Prepare and oversee correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
Monitor action items diligently and verify that follow-up actions are completed promptly across all departments.
Perform comprehensive research and compile concise executive summaries on key business and industry topics.
Arrange all travel itineraries, book accommodations, and manage logistical details to ensure seamless operations.
Manage executive-level relationships with regulators, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Responsible for managing confidential records, files, and documentation in a secure and organized manner.
Collaborate on key strategic initiatives and designated special projects to drive organizational objectives forward.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in project management software, and strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrate the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with data analysis tools and exceptional problem-solving capabilities are essential, along with the capacity to meet strict deadlines. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory for roles that involve travel.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in cybersecurity, network administration, or a comparable role. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security protocols, and conducting risk assessments. Proficiency in tools such as SIEM systems, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Certification in Compton Security+, CISSP, or a similar credential is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, English, Law, or a related field is required.
Professional certifications, including CPM, IC SAN, or equivalent credentials, will offer additional merit.
