Scope

Develop and implement innovative Estate Brokerage, Property Management, and Valuation initiatives to drive business growth within the branch office.

Responsible for overseeing and executing the complete management of the designated branch to ensure sustained profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing the Capital Markets (estate brokerage and agency), Property/Facility Management, and Valuations portfolios within the branch.

Oversee the existing client portfolio and spearhead initiatives to expand it for the branch.

Seasoned professionals are sought who possess prior hands-on experience in the specified field or related disciplines.

Holders of a first degree in Estate Management, achieved with at least a second-class grade, are eligible for consideration.

With a decade to a decade and a half of hands-on involvement in real estate brokerage, valuation, and property or facility management, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of practical expertise to the role. Demonstrated proficiency in these key areas is essential, ensuring a deep understanding of market dynamics, asset valuation methodologies, and operational efficiencies in property or facility oversight. This experience underscores the ability to navigate complex transactions, assess property worth accurately, and implement strategies to optimize asset performance and tenant satisfaction.

Must hold Associate Membership status with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NI ESV).

Must be a member of ESVARBON

Associate membership with RICH represents an advantageous qualification.

Required qualifications and competencies for this role include:

Proven expertise in the real estate market of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, where the vacancy is located, is essential.

Capable of cultivating strong, productive professional relationships with clients, internal team members, vendors, and external contractors is required.

You demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities along with strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication, and you excel in managing customer and client relationships.

Highly developed multitasking and analytical problem-solving capabilities are required.

Skilled in negotiating effectively and strategically to achieve optimal outcomes.

Proven capacity for decisive action and rapid judgment in dynamic situations is essential.

Proven expertise in systems and IT infrastructure is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical proficiency across diverse platforms, networks, and software solutions. Familiarity with troubleshooting, system administration, and cybersecurity principles is required. Additionally, the ability to integrate and optimize IT systems to support organizational objectives is critical.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
