Job Summary
The Sales Representative will craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at promoting products and services, elevating brand recognition, and fostering business expansion.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align interdepartmental goals, fostering an environment of open communication and shared accountability. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance operational excellence and drive continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing resource allocation, reducing inefficiencies, and maximizing productivity across all business functions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards while mitigating potential risks. Serve as a primary liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, translating high-level strategies into actionable plans.
Actively markets the company’s products through both digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Craft innovative marketing initiatives designed to both acquire new clientele and foster enduring relationships with current customers.
Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of social media pages, advertisements, promotional initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
Establish and maintain strong connections with event planners, academic institutions, corporate entities, and other key stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
We engage and onboard resellers, ensuring they are fully integrated with our products, and maintain consistent follow-ups to foster strong partnerships and address any needs.
Requires several years of relevant industry experience, a strong academic background in a related field, and proficiency in pertinent software or tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position demands attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Familiarity with industry regulations or standards may also be necessary, depending on the role.
A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.), Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), or National Certificate in Education (NCE) in any discipline is required.
We seek candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Relationship Management.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities are essential for this role.
