Job Summary
We seek a proficient IT Executive specializing in ERP Operations to maintain the precision and reliability of production and inventory data within our ERP system and deliver primary technical assistance across all retail locations.
Oversee a range of critical duties to ensure operational efficiency and team performance, including managing daily workflows, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress toward established goals. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, mentor team members, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback to cultivate professional growth and maintain high standards of accountability.
Ensuring adherence to Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications throughout production entries is essential. This involves verifying that all components and materials used in manufacturing align precisely with the approved BOM to maintain quality, efficiency, and compliance standards. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to identify discrepancies, prevent errors, and support seamless production processes.
Verifying discrepancies in stock wastage documentation and ERP system records to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory management protocols.
Responsible for verifying and confirming the accuracy of inter-store transfer transactions to ensure seamless inventory movement between locations.
Performing comprehensive stock audits for high-value inventory ensures accuracy and accountability in inventory management.
We provide assistance for point-of-sale systems, printers, scanners, and network connectivity infrastructure.
Requirements
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) complemented by robust IT proficiency is required.
Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operational IT support roles is required.
Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems such as ERP Next, Odoo, and Tally through practical application is required.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis, with a keen ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights. Demonstrates expertise in utilizing advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to support informed decision-making processes.
Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and familiarity with retail hardware is required.
