Job Summary

We are in search of a well-organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day office functions, streamline administrative workflows, and deliver cross-departmental assistance. The successful applicant will assume a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance work environment while guaranteeing seamless business continuity.

Oversee and execute essential duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily workflows, optimizing processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, drive project milestones, and foster a collaborative work environment. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and report progress to senior leadership. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Oversee the daily administrative functions and operational workflows within the office environment to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.

Manage office communications, including correspondence and emails, with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsible for keeping records, files, and documentation meticulously organized and up-to-date.

Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel logistics to ensure seamless planning and execution.

Oversee the procurement, organization, and maintenance of office supplies and inventory while fostering strong, productive relationships with vendors.

Facilitate various human resources processes, including the onboarding of new employees and the management of staff records.

Assists in compiling reports, developing presentations, and drafting internal documentation as required.

Ensure strict adherence to all established company policies and procedures at all times.

You will collaborate closely with both internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all relevant parties to facilitate efficient workflows and achieve common objectives.

Responsible for managing the upkeep and proper functioning of all office facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Requirements

BA/B.Sc. or HND qualifications in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline are required.

A minimum of one to five years of professional experience in an administrative capacity is required.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of organization and prioritization in fast-paced environments.

Demonstrates a strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across all levels. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills in fostering collaboration and ensuring clarity in interactions.

Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a group setting.

Additionally, experience with industry-specific software platforms, a commitment to continuous learning, and a track record of delivering measurable results under tight deadlines are strongly preferred. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and a customer-centric mindset are also advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to mentor junior team members, may further enhance suitability for this role.
