Deliver instructional sessions in alignment with established teaching frameworks, approved lesson plans, and institutional policies.
Utilize contemporary, student-centered pedagogical approaches to deliver comprehensive instruction in Business Studies and National Values Education (EVE).
Develop comprehensive lesson notes, design engaging assignments and class activities, and create tests and examination materials that are fully aligned with established curriculum standards.
Monitor student learning outcomes and evaluate the efficacy and comprehensiveness of instructional strategies and teaching plans, offering constructive feedback accordingly.
Proactively identify students requiring specialized learning support and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to design tailored intervention strategies to address their individual needs.
Uphold classroom decorum by implementing approved disciplinary measures for minor infractions and ensure that significant disciplinary matters are reported immediately to the Sectional Head.
You will deliver compassionate pastoral care while nurturing students’ academic, social, moral, and emotional growth to ensure their overall well-being and development.
Accurately and promptly evaluate students’ classwork, tests, projects, assignments, and examinations.
Continuously monitor and document students’ academic progress, behavioral patterns, and overall achievements to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Develop and sustain clear, consistent communication channels with parents or guardians, ensuring they are informed about their children’s academic achievements and overall well-being.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork and continuous learning among all members of the school community.
Attend and contribute meaningfully to staff meetings, school programs, trainings, and extracurricular activities to support collaborative initiatives and foster a dynamic learning environment.
