Job Responsibilties
Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
Conduct routine assessments of electrical systems to verify their efficient operation and adherence to established safety standards.
Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as needed.
Examine system malfunctions and apply targeted remedies to reduce operational interruptions as much as possible.
Ensure the reliability of electrical equipment to support production operations effectively.
Verify adherence to organizational policies, industry benchmarks, and regulatory safety requirements.
Compile and submit all necessary maintenance reports and associated documentation in accordance with established standards and timelines.
Partner with diverse teams across the organization to enhance workflow productivity and streamline processes for greater operational effectiveness.
Seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in project management, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver results within strict deadlines. Must possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Requires a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, budget management, risk assessment, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and industry standards. Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with software development lifecycle processes are highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a Higher National Diploma in a related field is required.
A minimum of five years of professional experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
Proven expertise in industrial electrical systems and maintenance methodologies is essential.
Experienced in diagnosing and resolving electrical faults through systematic troubleshooting methods.
Exceptional proficiency in problem-solving and analytical reasoning is essential.
Proven capacity to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing setting, maintaining productivity and efficiency under dynamic conditions.
