About the Role

We are in search of a proactive and meticulous Client Support Analyst to integrate into our Technical Department. This position entails functioning as the primary liaison for addressing client inquiries, complaints, and service requirements.

You’ll collaborate with field engineers and various cross-functional teams to facilitate prompt issue resolution, order processing, and outstanding customer service.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration to drive efficiency and innovation. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and team performance. Monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust approaches to meet evolving demands. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices to maintain integrity and accountability.

Address customer inquiries and resolve support requests efficiently through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to meet their needs.

Develop and monitor fault resolution assignments in collaboration with Field Engineers to ensure timely and effective completion.

Ensure thorough follow-up on all job completions, quotations, invoicing processes, and client payments to maintain accuracy and timeliness in financial and operational workflows.

Maintain comprehensive and current documentation of every client interaction and support-related activity conducted.

We assist sales and business development teams by facilitating client onboarding and fostering ongoing client engagement.

Deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Perform additional duties or tasks as directed by management as needed.

Requirements

A Bachelor of Science degree in Business or a related discipline is required.

Minimum of three years of professional experience is required in customer support or client service within a company specializing in renewable power solutions or solar management.

We excel in fostering strong client engagement and cultivating meaningful professional relationships.

Proficiency in communication, negotiation, presentation, and invoicing is essential.

Proven experience with CRM systems and adherence to established customer support methodologies.

Proficient in prioritizing and executing assignments with precision while maintaining composure across a spectrum of client interactions.
