Compile comprehensive HR reports, workforce metrics, and employee performance analytics for executive review and decision-making purposes.
Oversee HR reporting utilizing Microsoft Excel, encompassing trackers, dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Support workforce planning and HR analytics initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize manpower utilization.
Oversee employee relations initiatives and facilitate the resolution of grievances through established processes.
Provide support for visa procurement, travel arrangements, accommodation logistics, and employee relocation services as needed.

Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Preferred candidates will possess a minimum of five years of HR experience, with a focus on the construction sector.
Proven expertise in human resources operations, recruiting coordination, and administrative functions related to employee management is required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting is required, encompassing expertise in essential functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and LOOKUP, along with experience in tracking HR data.
