Autopsy Engineering is in search of a proactive, client-centric Customer Engagement Officer to fortify client relationships and elevate the overall customer experience. The successful applicant will function as the main liaison for clients, guaranteeing prompt communication, professional service provision, and sustained satisfaction at every interaction point.

Overseeing a range of critical duties, this role involves managing key operational functions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively. Additionally, the individual must collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, maintain high standards of quality, and meet strict deadlines. A commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in dynamic environments is essential to excel in this position.

Oversee daily interactions with customers and address inquiries in a timely manner.

Develop and nurture enduring, high-value client partnerships to foster trust and collaboration.

Monitor customer feedback and forward any concerns to the appropriate internal departments for resolution.

Assist project teams by managing client communications, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups to facilitate seamless project execution.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all customer engagements and service inquiries to uphold precise records.

Craft innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement and elevate service delivery standards.

Qualifications include a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines. Familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of three years of experience in customer service, client relations, or an equivalent capacity, you bring valuable expertise to this role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a talent for building rapport and fostering collaborative relationships, are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a knack for clear expression and active listening, ensuring seamless interactions with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients alike.

Strong organizational acumen and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.

Proven ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications is required.
