KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in project management or a closely related discipline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project, is essential, as is experience with industry-standard project management tools like Jira or Asana. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are required, along with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, risk assessment, and resource allocation is highly advantageous. The role may require occasional travel or flexible scheduling to meet project deadlines.
A bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
