The Senior Sales Executive will oversee the complete sales process, encompassing prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and deal finalization.
Responsibilities encompass cultivating and sustaining a robust client pipeline, facilitating property viewings, drafting comprehensive proposals, and verifying the precision and regulatory adherence of all documentation.
This position requires close collaboration with marketing and project teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with both current trends and future developments, while also offering valuable market feedback to inform key business decisions.
The Senior Sales Executive will cultivate enduring client relationships, ensure attainment of sales targets, and uphold the professional image of Kingsford Homes during client meetings, events, and site visits.
Qualifications
Accomplished in real estate sales and business development, with expertise in prospecting, lead management, negotiation, and deal closure.
Strong interpersonal abilities are essential to cultivate trust and foster enduring client relationships, alongside exceptional networking and customer service expertise.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, deliver compelling presentations, and foster strong interpersonal relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
Skilled in utilizing fundamental digital tools and CRM platforms for monitoring leads, overseeing opportunities, and analyzing sales performance metrics.
Experienced professionals with a track record in real estate or a related field are preferred, ideally with exposure to Lagos or comparable markets.
