Requirements
You must possess a valid teaching registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), demonstrating compliance with professional standards.
Mature female candidates are encouraged to apply for this position.
Minimum requirement includes a first degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or National Certificate of Education (N.C.E.).
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years of hands-on teaching experience in Montessori or early childhood education settings.
Candidates should possess prior experience in instructing students at the lower primary level.
Must reside within the IKEA area and its surrounding neighborhoods.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and navigating the internet is a fundamental requirement.
Proficiency in phonics instruction methods is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Early Years training is beneficial, though not mandatory.
