The Collaboration & Microsoft Product Support Officer oversees the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the bank’s Microsoft 365 environment and collaboration tools. Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Deliver expert-level L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft collaboration tools, prioritizing the swift resolution of incidents and service requests.
Oversee the operational health, efficiency, and accessibility of Microsoft 365 services while instituting preemptive strategies to mitigate potential service disruptions.
Oversee the administration of user accounts, licensing agreements, access permissions, and security controls within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Develop SharePoint sites, configure Teams workspaces, and establish OneDrive settings in accordance with specified business objectives.
Work collaboratively with security and compliance teams to implement and maintain Microsoft 365 data governance frameworks, enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and configure conditional access controls.
Prepare and update documentation pertaining to Microsoft 365 configurations, operational workflows, and troubleshooting protocols to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
Deliver engaging training sessions, awareness initiatives, and adoption programs designed to enhance proficiency in the use of collaboration tools among users.
Assess and propose new Microsoft features, updates, and integrations to optimize productivity throughout the organization.
Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant configurations, ensuring policies and licensing adhere to established IT governance frameworks.
Work collaboratively with Microsoft support and external vendors to address escalated incidents and advance service improvement initiatives.
Deliver assistance for integrated environments encompassing on-premises Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure AD infrastructures.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the industry. Possesses working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.
Professional Certification: A Microsoft 365 Certified credential—specifically as a Modern Desktop Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Messaging Administrator—is mandatory. Additional qualifications in Azure certifications are considered beneficial.
Minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 or other collaboration platforms within an enterprise setting is required. Prior experience within the financial services sector or other regulated industries would be highly beneficial.
