Job Description

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Monitor progress through regular assessments and implement corrective measures as necessary to maintain efficiency. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational staff to facilitate clear communication and alignment on goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all operations.

Compile and oversee precise financial documentation, reports, and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.

Oversee the daily operations of accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintaining strong financial controls and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsible for reconciling bank statements and overseeing cash flow management to ensure accurate financial records and optimal liquidity.

Provide support in the development of budgets and financial projections.

Develop and maintain payroll schedules while guaranteeing prompt and accurate disbursement of payments.

Regularly verify adherence to tax laws, regulatory mandates, and internal company standards to maintain full compliance.

Responsibilities include managing invoicing processes, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Provide assistance during both internal and external audit processes.

Ensure accurate organization and upkeep of financial documentation, both in digital and physical formats, following established filing protocols to facilitate efficient retrieval and compliance.

Collaborate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions as required.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning. Applicants should possess exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive informed decision-making. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required, while an MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly preferred. Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or investment banking environment, is essential. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders. Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg Terminal) and advanced Excel skills are mandatory.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with at least five years of demonstrated success in an Account Officer capacity or an equivalent position.

Professional certification, such as ICAN or ARCA, would be highly beneficial.

Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing accounting software platforms, including but not limited to QuickBooks, Excel, Wave, or comparable systems, is required.
