This officer is responsible for managing sales within Nigeria’s security agencies, judiciary and court systems, federal and state universities, as well as specialist government institutions such as teaching hospitals, regulatory academies, and government-owned enterprises.

This territory demands commercially strategic leadership due to its intricate deal structures and extended procurement timelines, necessitating an executive with a keen commercial acumen rather than merely a relationship-focused approach.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee a range of critical tasks. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Key duties include conducting thorough analyses, preparing comprehensive reports, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Additionally, the position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with relevant software tools and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

Our mandate is to facilitate sales within security agencies, the judiciary, and other institutional sectors.

Target organizations include the Nigeria Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS), National Intelligence Agency (NIA), and the welfare and human resources departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Additionally, the role involves engagement with federal and state High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as federal and state universities, polytechnics, federal teaching hospitals, and specialist medical institutions.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to address complex challenges. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines are critical for success in this role.

A degree in Marketing, preferably supplemented by an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, is required. Applicants must possess a minimum of eight years of experience in sales or commercial roles within Nigerian security agencies, the judiciary, universities, or specialist government institutions. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of securing contracts valued at 50 million naira or more through direct engagement with institutional leaders.

We require demonstrated relationships with key stakeholders at the IG, DG, VC, and Chief Justice levels across at least three distinct target institution categories, maintained within the last 18 months.

Proven capability to effectively manage intricate, politically charged institutional procurement procedures.

Possesses extensive expertise in crafting commercial contracts, with a demonstrated ability to develop and justify a robust pricing framework independently at the Board level.

Professional experience involving government technology procurement within security or judicial domains, encompassing classified or restricted procurement procedures, is required.

Proficiency in pricing governance or revenue operations within a multi-revenue-stream enterprise is essential.
