Job Summary

We are in search of an accomplished and results-oriented Senior Business Development/BID Executive to strengthen our team.

This position plays a pivotal role in accelerating growth, fostering client partnerships, and securing the sustained success of our engineering and technical solutions.

Oversee and execute essential duties to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity, including strategizing and implementing projects, managing team performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals and streamline processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Monitor progress through regular check-ins, performance metrics, and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enhance communication and support organizational objectives. Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timelines while upholding high standards of quality and accountability.

Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the company’s entire portfolio of products and services is essential.

Identify and secure new business prospects while fostering key relationships with influential stakeholders to finalize agreements and broaden our client portfolio.

Acting as the company’s primary source of market intelligence, you will monitor and analyze industry trends, client challenges, and competitor actions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. By serving as a strategic observer, you will provide critical insights that inform decision-making and enhance the company’s competitive positioning.

Deliver strategic guidance to engineering and R&D teams to ensure offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.

Facilitate revenue expansion by consistently surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to prospective clients.

Negotiate agreements and finalize transactions in accordance with organizational policies and financial objectives to ensure sustainable profitability.

You will play a key role in driving revenue and safeguarding the company’s financial stability, directly supporting its long-term growth and sustainability.

Ensuring the retention of existing clients by fostering and maintaining strong, meaningful relationships with them is essential.

Participating in networking events to identify and engage with potential clients represents a key responsibility of this role.

Crafting and implementing dynamic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business expansion is a core responsibility.

Proven ability to understand market dynamics and effectively articulate the business value of technical solutions.

Bid and Tender: Compile comprehensive bid documentation and represent the company by participating in tender and bid meetings to ensure accurate and competitive submissions.

Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at attaining predetermined revenue objectives.

Identify and cultivate new business prospects while nurturing and sustaining relationships with current clients.

Work collaboratively with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and oversee the seamless execution of projects.

Serve as the company’s official representative at industry events and trade shows as needed.

Spearhead the development, coaching, and motivation of the sales team to drive optimal performance outcomes.

Work collaboratively across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Service departments to cultivate cohesive working relationships.
