What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive HR audits, develop and implement effective policies, and facilitate engaging training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Deliver comprehensive workforce analytics and actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
With a minimum of five years of expertise in human resources consulting or workforce advisory roles, the ideal candidate will bring extensive practical knowledge to the position.
Proficient in labor law regulations and HR compliance standards is essential for this role. A comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and human resources policies is required to ensure adherence to legal mandates and organizational protocols.
Proven expertise in fostering collaborative environments and building strong, lasting relationships with clients is essential.
Professional certification, such as CPM, SHRM, or CIPD, is advantageous to possess.
