The Opportunity:
We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to fuel the expansion of our recruitment partner ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee and cultivate a varied portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs), acting as their strategic champion and reliable advisor. Throughout the partnership lifecycle—from initial onboarding to ongoing growth—you will spearhead relationship management, guarantee enrollment targets are met, and enhance RP engagement and spending through customized support, focused training initiatives, and data-backed performance discussions. This position demands dynamic collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a dynamic, independent setting, delivering measurable success as you transform partnerships into scalable revenue-generating opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Serve as a liaison for Apply Board, embodying our mission and promoting our services to educational agents, overseas institutions, and future students.
Develop a comprehensive grasp of Apply Board’s core values and comprehensive service portfolio to skillfully communicate and advocate for these advantages to a broad spectrum of students and educational collaborators.
To formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing international student enrollment, we actively recruit prospective students from diverse global regions to integrate into Apply Board’s expanding network.
Develop and nurture robust partnerships with agents by skillfully negotiating favorable terms, delivering thorough training programs, and ensuring ongoing engagement through regular and meaningful communication.
Skilled professionals will lead training sessions to enhance the caliber and quantity of student applications while maintaining strict adherence to Apply Board’s established standards.
Leverage CRM systems and social media channels to distribute essential communications, disseminate updates, and foster meaningful interactions with prospective and enrolled students.
Devising and executing recruitment and marketing strategies grounded in thorough market research, the role aims to enhance Apply Board’s global outreach through data-driven methodologies.

What You Bring to the Table:
With a proven track record of 2–3 years in overseeing recruitment or enterprise accounts—preferably within the international education sector—you bring a wealth of relevant experience to this role.
A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as Business, Marketing, or Education, is strongly preferred.
Proficient in English with fluency; additional linguistic capabilities are considered advantageous.
Skilled in fostering collaboration and enthusiasm among a wide range of stakeholders, including students and educational representatives, through compelling and articulate communication.
A proactive professional who excels in both collaborative team settings and independent work environments, demonstrating adaptability and initiative in all tasks.
Proven ability to maintain meticulous organization while effectively prioritizing tasks and guaranteeing precision in all information and communications.
Skilled at devising innovative solutions, this individual adeptly addresses intricate challenges to ensure favorable results for both students and partners.
Skilled in utilizing CRM systems, with a preference for candidates who possess experience in social media and other digital engagement tools.
