We are in search of a highly intelligent, professional, and client-oriented NYC Corps Member to fill the position with Customer Service Representative within our organization. This opportunity presents itself as an excellent fit for a corps member looking to complete their Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) in a dynamic healthcare and wellness setting.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing questions, managing appointment bookings, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining a consistently positive customer experience from initial contact through to the conclusion of the client engagement.

Responsibilities

Professionally greet and assist clients with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.

Handle client inquiries efficiently through various communication channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

Organize, validate, and oversee client scheduling activities to ensure accurate and efficient appointment management.

Consistently contact prospective and current clients to follow up on consultations and treatments as scheduled.

Ensure all client records and appointment logs are maintained with precision and up-to-date information.

Provide support for client arrival and departure procedures to ensure efficient and welcoming experiences.

Deliver comprehensive details regarding available clinic services, ongoing promotions, and treatment package options to clients.

Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion, elevating issues to appropriate channels when required.

Provide assistance to administrative and front desk functions as needed.

Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are upheld across all interactions and situations.

Provide support for fundamental office coordination and routine operational duties.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication abilities to support team operations and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Superior interpersonal and leadership qualities are essential for fostering collaboration and driving project success.

A currently serving NYC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) is required.

A recognized institution must have awarded you an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.

Proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written format.

Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele, coupled with a keen understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering outstanding service experiences.

Maintains professional telephone communication and presents a polished, professional appearance at all times.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office suite applications is required.

Proven capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while thriving in dynamic, high-pressure settings.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Demonstrates a high level of meticulousness and analytical thinking to address challenges effectively.

Prior customer service experience, while advantageous, is not a strict necessity.
