Job Summary

We are currently recruiting a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to contribute to the expansion of our HR Outsourcing division.

The successful candidate will be tasked with cultivating leads, finalizing transactions, and advocating for our HR services to both prospective and current clients.

This position demands a strong emphasis on sales performance, with clear, measurable objectives driving daily operations.

Key duties involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role entails conducting detailed analyses of operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, followed by the development of actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Responsibilities also include overseeing the execution of initiatives, monitoring progress against key performance indicators, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Furthermore, the position requires maintaining robust documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external mandates, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Explore and capitalize on emerging prospects within the HR outsourcing services sector to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Prospects will be cultivated through a combination of outbound strategies, including cold calling, networking initiatives, strategic referrals, and proactive field marketing efforts.

Transform prospects into paying clients while acquiring outsourcing contracts to expand business relationships.

Drive awareness and adoption of additional HR offerings by identifying opportunities to introduce complementary products and services to clients, thereby enhancing their overall solution portfolio.

Prepare and submit detailed weekly sales and performance reports to stakeholders.

The position necessitates a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a track record of leadership and project management, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices is also a must.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

We seek candidates with a minimum of one to two years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with prior experience in a service-oriented industry considered a valuable asset.

Proven ability to drive sales performance with a confident and decisive approach to closing deals.

Mastery of both verbal and written communication, along with a proven ability to negotiate effectively, are essential.
