Ensuring the retention of existing clients through the cultivation of strong, meaningful relationships is a key responsibility.

Crafting and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business expansion and enhance market presence.

Bid and Tender Management: Responsible for drafting comprehensive bid documents and representing the company at tender or bid meetings to secure new business opportunities.

Work collaboratively with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and oversee seamless project execution from inception to completion.
As assigned, serve as the organization’s official representative at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and other relevant events.
Drive the sales team with effective leadership, training, and motivation strategies to achieve peak performance and exceed targets.
Collaborate interdepartmentally with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Service teams to foster cohesive working relationships.
