The Production Pharmacist plays a critical role in guaranteeing the quality, safety, and efficacy of pharmaceutical products within a manufacturing environment. This professional will supervise the entire production workflow, oversee quality control measures, and uphold strict adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties centered on delivering exceptional service, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering team productivity. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, maintain high standards of quality, and drive organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with broader objectives, resolve operational challenges, and promote a culture of accountability. Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, implement corrective actions, and track progress toward established targets. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations.

Oversee the entire production process, encompassing batch manufacturing, filling operations, labeling procedures, and packaging activities.

Implement and oversee quality control processes to verify that products consistently comply with both regulatory mandates and organizational benchmarks.

Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), to maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough reviews and granting approvals for batch records, certificates of analysis, and related documentation to verify product quality and regulatory compliance.

Investigate and resolve deviations, discrepancies, or production-related complaints to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.

Train production staff in established procedures, policies, and regulatory standards to ensure consistent understanding and adherence across all operations.

Maintain meticulous and comprehensive documentation and records pertaining to production processes, quality assurance measures, and compliance-related activities.

Engage proactively in ongoing quality enhancement programs and introduce strategic modifications to streamline and maximize the efficiency of production workflows.

Conducts audits and inspections, including internal assessments, regulatory evaluations, and customer reviews, to ensure compliance and operational standards are met.

Collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, research and development, and regulatory affairs.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field required
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong expertise in systems architecture, software development, and data management
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools, platforms, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Current pharmacist license necessitates maintaining an active registration in the jurisdiction where professional duties are performed.
