Assist in the development, organization, and upkeep of accurate financial documentation and comprehensive reports to ensure compliance and transparency.

Assist in performing account reconciliations and managing data entry responsibilities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial records.

Provide support to the finance department in executing budgeting and financial reporting activities.
Provide assistance with payroll processing and other financial administrative responsibilities.
Conduct market research and perform fundamental financial analysis as needed.
Maintain the precision and confidentiality of all financial data.
Seeking a skilled professional to lead architectural projects and oversee design teams, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards. Must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written forms, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, alongside at least five years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project management. Familiarity with industry software, such as AutoCAD, Refit, and Ketchup, is essential, as is a strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design principles. Responsibilities include developing project proposals, coordinating with engineers and contractors, conducting site evaluations, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints while maintaining quality and compliance.
Recent graduates or individuals currently completing their National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program in disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or closely related fields are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in numerical analysis and analytical reasoning with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
