Job Purpose
To spearhead the expansion, brand recognition, and financial success of the High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (GIFU) offering at the fertility clinic, Fibroid Care Centre.
This position is dedicated to advancing strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing patient education efforts, fostering referral engagement, and refining service optimization to establish High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (GIFU) as the foremost non-invasive treatment option in Nigeria.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the visibility and adoption of High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (GIFU) services.
Evaluate and interpret market trends, patient demographics, and competitive positioning to derive actionable insights.
Work collaboratively with leadership to establish measurable brand objectives for the short, medium, and long term, including monthly, quarterly, and annual milestones.
Collaborate with partner hospitals, gynecologists, and fertility specialists to design and implement effective referral programs.
Each month, deliver a minimum of one presentation at a religious institution such as a church, mosque, or other comparable organization.
Prepare and deliver a minimum of one monthly presentation to a relevant professional body, organization, or association, ensuring attendance of at least 20 participants.
Ensure the successful enrollment of the FCC with a minimum of one HMO each quarter.
Secure a minimum of two client testimonials each month, ensuring consistent feedback to reinforce credibility and trust.
Conduct at least two presentations in regions beyond Lagos State each quarter.
Support the recruitment of field officers, provide training for field marketing staff, and oversee their performance to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Enhance the efficiency of converting registrations into actual treatment sessions.
Craft compelling marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Design and execute integrated campaigns across diverse digital platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine positioning and messaging. Manage content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and report findings to stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in marketing innovation.

Operations and Service Delivery: You will oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Your responsibilities will include managing workflows, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Track patient experience and feedback to enhance service delivery.
Ensure all GIFU sessions are fully prepared, with equipment inspected, staff schedules optimized, and necessary materials organized and readily available.
Monitor leads, consultations, and conversion metrics using customer relationship management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Business Performance and Reporting:
Oversee the analysis, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators to evaluate organizational effectiveness. Develop and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks that provide clear insights into business operations, financial performance, and strategic goals. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency while aligning reporting practices with company objectives. Conduct a thorough assessment of financial performance alongside patient conversion reports.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in software development is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is necessary. Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required; possession of a Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in brand management, product management, or marketing.
Demonstrated expertise within the healthcare, medical device, aesthetics, or premium wellness industries is required.
