We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee the administration and strategic growth of physical security services for our clients in Lagos. The position requires designing security systems, assessing security protocols, supervising equipment maintenance, and leading the recruitment and deployment of security personnel.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational objectives. Provide assistance in the recruitment and selection of security operatives, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

A relevant Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, from an accredited university is required.

Experienced professionals with a minimum of five years in operations management within the security services sector, or an equivalent discipline, are encouraged to apply.

The position requires an MBA degree, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, along with specialized credentials in Security Management Systems.

Demonstrates extensive expertise in physical security systems, encompassing surveillance, access control, alarm monitoring, and fire safety protocols.

Possesses proven expertise in performing security evaluations and formulating actionable strategic recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively, coupled with extensive expertise in overseeing the recruitment, training, and deployment of security personnel.

Demonstrated expertise in business development, with a keen eye for recognizing market opportunities and cultivating robust professional relationships.

Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and coordinating operations across multiple client sites with precision and efficiency.

Proficient in both written and verbal English communication, with a strong aptitude for effectively engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
