Manage civil and criminal litigation matters across a range of courts and tribunals.
Draft, prepare, and meticulously examine legal instruments such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, briefs, and all necessary court filings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to procedural requirements.
Advocate on behalf of clients in Magistrate Courts, High Courts, and Appellate Courts, ensuring their interests are effectively presented.
Offer comprehensive legal guidance and assistance to the firm and its clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while addressing their diverse legal needs.
Perform in-depth legal research and draft comprehensive legal opinions.
Formulate case strategies and oversee comprehensive preparations for all courtroom proceedings.
Facilitate negotiations, participate in settlement deliberations, and, when deemed appropriate, leverage Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methodologies to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also important. Experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum is preferred. Familiarity with databases and SQL is a must. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
Exceptional proficiency in courtroom advocacy and litigation is essential.
Proven expertise in legal drafting, analytical reasoning, and research methodologies is required.
