Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a closely related field is required.

Seasoned Food & Beverage professional with 8–10 years of hands-on experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.

Demonstrates deep financial insight and operational proficiency, with a strong ability to analyze financial data and optimize business processes effectively.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively, communicate with clarity and precision, and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Demonstrated success in revenue generation and leadership of high-performing teams.
