Job Summary

The Farm Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Delano’s open-field habanero pepper and greenhouse bell pepper production units. This position involves managing farm attendants, enforcing production schedules, safeguarding crop health, applying agronomic techniques, and monitoring irrigation and destination processes to ensure all farm activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
