Job Summary

The Store Manager oversees inventory management, stock movements, store records, and inventory accountability, with a focus on ensuring precise reporting and minimizing losses.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and team alignment. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, facilitating seamless communication between departments to drive project success. Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop and maintain robust processes, policies, and documentation to uphold compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the complete inventory management process for the store, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely replenishment of stock.
