A dynamic Sales Supervisor is being recruited to oversee and guide our sales team toward achieving measurable results. The successful applicant will spearhead efforts to enhance sales performance, provide leadership to sales personnel, and uphold outstanding standards in customer service.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing daily operations, project execution, and strategic planning to ensure organizational objectives are met. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Experienced professionals with a strong background in sales leadership roles, such as Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Representative, are encouraged to apply.
