As a Phone Servicing Technician stationed in Nigeria, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of our infrastructure. This position requires on-site presence, based in our Nigerian offices, where you will collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues spanning our operations in the UK, Europe, and Africa. Reporting directly to the Phone Returns Senior Lead, you will assume responsibility for key operational duties within this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnosing hardware and software issues with specialized equipment, executing repairs, and conducting comprehensive post-repair evaluations—all while meticulously documenting each device serviced to ensure no oversight and minimal customer wait times.

You will articulate technical issues and repair results clearly to customers, while also coordinating with colleagues and leadership to address intricate cases that exceed typical troubleshooting protocols.

Delivering exceptional productivity and meeting tight turnaround targets are equally critical, and neither comes at the expense of quality—both are essential priorities in this role.

What You’ll Need

A secondary school certificate, coupled with a pertinent technical qualification, is required, alongside at least two years of practical experience in mobile phone repair and servicing.

Demonstrates a strong command of phone repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and service software, with a proven track record in independently resolving intricate technical issues.

Consistent, meticulous work practices and a polished demeanor in customer engagements, coupled with proficiency in asset management systems and service ticketing tools, are essential.
