Job Summary

We seek driven sales professionals with exceptional interpersonal abilities to proactively identify and engage potential customers across our Asoka (Saba), Ajax, Bute-Metta, and Asama (Trade fair) locations.

Job Description

Present and promote the company’s products and services by delivering compelling sales pitches to both current and potential customers, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit and needs assessments for current and prospective clients to ensure their requirements are fully addressed.

Build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Contact prospective customers via telephone, electronic communication channels, social media platforms, and in-person visits to generate and nurture leads.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure the highest level of satisfaction is achieved.

Deliver measurable sales outcomes aligned with established targets and deadlines, ensuring consistent performance within the designated timeframe.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and various departments to synchronize sales initiatives and ensure cohesive team alignment.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of market potential, monitor sales performance, and prepare detailed status reports for designated catchment areas.

Prepare comprehensive reports for supply management that detail customer requirements, challenges, preferences, competitive actions, and opportunities for new product and service offerings.

Proficient understanding of current industry best practices and emerging promotional trends is essential.

By leveraging constructive feedback, consistently drive enhancements and refine processes to elevate performance and achieve optimal outcomes.

Prior experience in sales, along with a solid grasp of sales methodologies and market dynamics, would be highly beneficial.
