Conducts comprehensive analysis of legislative developments, arbitration rulings, and collective bargaining agreements to identify and evaluate emerging industry trends.
Performs various other duties as may be assigned or required.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law is required, while possession of a Master’s degree or a professional HR certification such as CPM or SHRM is highly desirable.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in human resources and legal compliance is required.
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor legislation and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, articulate ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Demonstrates a proven ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Thoroughness requires meticulous examination of legal documents and strict adherence to compliance regulations.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and specialized HR management software proficiently.
