Job Summary

Our client is looking for a seasoned and high-performing Sales Lead to spearhead revenue growth initiatives and extend market reach through both physical and digital channels.

The successful applicant will integrate sharp commercial insight with effective leadership to design impactful sales strategies, cultivate high-value collaborations, and enhance customer interactions, all while upholding a premium brand presence.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical tasks, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational efficiency improvements to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. Monitor industry trends, analyze market data, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and internal policies while mitigating risks and maintaining high standards of integrity. Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, budget management, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability and sustainability.

Drive sales initiatives and oversee activities to ensure revenue and performance objectives are consistently met and exceeded.

Create and implement sales strategies that directly support and advance organizational growth goals.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborative ventures to drive growth and expand market presence.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with clients, wholesale collaborators, and essential stakeholders.

Oversee wholesale accounts and facilitate the growth of third-party stockists.

Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor actions to inform and shape strategic sales decisions.

Work in partnership with marketing teams to ensure campaigns and product launches are strategically aligned with sales goals.

Foster expansion within both retail and digital sales channels.

Maintain exceptional customer service standards consistently across every point of interaction.

Evaluate sales data to identify trends and opportunities, then deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing performance.

Facilitate the growth, advancement, and engagement of the sales team through structured training initiatives and developmental programs.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline—such as engineering, computer science, or business—along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and systems is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance standards is highly advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible sales experience is required, with a proven track record of at least two to three years in a leadership capacity.

Consistently exceeds assigned sales quotas with measurable results. Demonstrates a strong ability to surpass performance benchmarks through strategic planning and execution.

Seasoned in overseeing business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales operations, with a proven track record in managing diverse sales channels.

Possesses a comprehensive grasp of market dynamics, consumer preferences, and sales performance metrics.

Proven track record in cultivating business growth through strategic development, wholesale operations’ oversight, and fostering high-impact partnerships.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively, communicate with clarity, negotiate successfully, and manage relationships strategically.

Skilled in utilizing customer relationship management systems, sales technologies, and e-commerce platforms.

Possessing robust analytical prowess, strategic acumen, and adept problem-solving skills.
