Our client is looking for a seasoned and high-performing Sales Lead to spearhead revenue growth initiatives and extend market reach through both physical and digital channels.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical tasks, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational efficiency improvements to drive organizational success. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline—such as engineering, computer science, or business—along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and systems is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance standards is highly advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible sales experience is required, with a proven track record of at least two to three years in a leadership capacity.
Consistently exceeds assigned sales quotas with measurable results. Demonstrates a strong ability to surpass performance benchmarks through strategic planning and execution.
Seasoned in overseeing business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales operations, with a proven track record in managing diverse sales channels.
Possesses a comprehensive grasp of market dynamics, consumer preferences, and sales performance metrics.
Proven track record in cultivating business growth through strategic development, wholesale operations’ oversight, and fostering high-impact partnerships.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively, communicate with clarity, negotiate successfully, and manage relationships strategically.
Skilled in utilizing customer relationship management systems, sales technologies, and e-commerce platforms.
Possessing robust analytical prowess, strategic acumen, and adept problem-solving skills.
