Cloud Infrastructure & Server Solutions Architect
We seek a seasoned professional to design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud-based solutions and server architectures. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with proficiency in virtualization, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Responsibilities include assessing organizational needs, architecting resilient and secure cloud environments, migrating legacy systems, and ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks, as well as experience with monitoring, logging, and automation tools. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent work experience—is required, along with relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
Infrastructure Management responsibilities include the provisioning, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure, with a primary focus on platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, as well as virtual and physical servers.
Monitor system performance, track resource utilization, and ensure consistent uptime, while identifying and applying optimizations and patches proactively.
Implement and rigorously test advanced cloud backup solutions—such as Acronis or Azure Site Recovery—to establish resilient disaster recovery protocols that safeguard against data loss and uphold uninterrupted business operations.
Domain & Identity Architecture Management encompasses the strategic oversight and operational governance of digital identity frameworks and domain structures within an enterprise. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable identity solutions that align with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include evaluating current architecture, identifying gaps, and proposing enhancements to optimize performance, security, and user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—such as IT, security, and business units—is essential to align identity systems with evolving technological and business requirements. Additionally, the position requires proficiency in identity management platforms, domain services, and industry best practices to mitigate risks and drive innovation in access management and authentication processes.
Domain administration responsibilities include overseeing the registration, DNS routing configuration, and implementation of SSL/TLS certificates for all company and client domains. Additionally, you will establish and maintain robust security protocols, including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configurations, to ensure domain integrity and protection against unauthorized access or spoofing.
Develop, administer, and ensure the integrity of dedicated staging and testing environments to rigorously evaluate application modifications prior to their transition to production.
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee IT governance, provide essential support, and implement efficient processes to ensure seamless technological operations. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, align IT strategies with organizational objectives, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Responsibilities include developing policies, managing risk, and optimizing IT service delivery through well-defined processes. Additionally, the role requires providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system reliability and performance. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field to be considered for this position. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, with advanced degrees preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with industry-specific software are essential. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively within the team. Prior to project management experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines consistently.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.
Professional certifications pertinent to the role will be favorably considered.
Experience
A minimum of three to five years of practical expertise in Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Administration, Software Development, or a closely related field is required.
With a demonstrated history of overseeing cloud infrastructure, application development, and enterprise systems, the ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise to the role.
Proficiency in an ISP, Managed Service Provider, Telecommunications, or Information Technology setting is strongly preferred.
