Responsibilities
To consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the company’s two-wheeler product line.
Forge and sustain robust connections with dealers, sub-dealers, fleet purchasers, and retail clients.
Develop and expand the dealer and retail network within designated territories through strategic identification and onboarding of new partners.
Field visits will be conducted to actively promote products, engage potential customers, and secure sales opportunities through strategic interactions.
Monitor competitors’ actions, assess their pricing approaches, and analyze market trends to deliver consistent updates to management.
Devise and implement strategic trade and consumer promotions aimed at enhancing brand recognition and expanding market reach for products.
Assist dealers in strategically managing inventory, enhancing brand presence, and executing retail activations to drive sell-out performance.
Collaborate closely with the after-sales and logistics teams to guarantee prompt delivery and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
Compile and deliver regular sales reports and market intelligence updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for internal review and strategic decision-making.
Maintain adherence to company policies, pricing frameworks, and brand guidelines across all market operations.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (HND) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
Seeking a candidate with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years in sales within the two-wheeler or three-wheeler automotive sector.
Established track record collaborating with or representing competing brands, including Bajaj, TVS, Qlink, Honda, and comparable entities.
Consistently exceeded sales targets with a proven track record of surpassing expectations.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in motorcycle distribution channels and retail networks throughout Nigeria.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate successfully, and manage relationships proficiently.
Possesses strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with foundational reporting software.
You must hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate a willingness to undertake frequent travel.
