Oversee the following Board Committees: the Board Audit Committee, the Board Nomination & Governance Committee, and the Board Remuneration Committee.
Assist the Board in recognizing, evaluating, and overseeing critical business risks as well as the performance of internal control systems.
Play a key role in crafting, refining, and evaluating strategic plans, policies, and business initiatives to drive organizational growth and alignment.
Provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring financial sustainability, and driving overall organizational performance to new heights.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is necessary. Three or more years of experience in software development or a similar role is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary. Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum is preferred.
