Daily verification and balancing of cash registers, including reconciliation of cash transactions, ensure accurate financial records and adherence to accounting standards. This role involves meticulously checking all cash inflows and outflows to confirm that register totals align with recorded transactions, thereby preventing discrepancies and maintaining financial integrity.
Maintains precise transaction records and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Prepare and distribute receipts and invoices in accordance with established procedures and as needed to support financial documentation and client transactions.
Ensuring adherence to established hospital financial policies and procedures is essential, maintaining strict compliance across all financial operations. This role involves meticulous oversight of financial transactions to guarantee alignment with regulatory standards and institutional guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in database management and cloud computing platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and DevOps practices is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
