We are in search of a seasoned, meticulous, and results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of our Central Store. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory management, provide leadership to store staff, uphold precise stock control measures, and implement streamlined inventory processes to enhance overall business efficiency.

Oversee a wide range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, foster collaboration across departments, and maintain high standards of quality in all deliverables. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving escalated issues, and aligning objectives with broader business goals. Additionally, analyze performance metrics to identify trends, implement data-driven improvements, and support strategic decision-making processes.

Responsible for managing all aspects of store operations and inventory control to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.

Accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of stock items must be meticulously managed to maintain inventory integrity and operational efficiency.

Ensure accurate inventory records and meticulously document stock movements at all times.

Oversee inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Monitor inventory levels vigilantly and orchestrate replenishment activities to uphold optimal stock levels, thereby averting shortages or surplus accumulation.

Ensure adherence to established organizational policies and inventory management protocols.

Conduct thorough examinations to identify and document any variances, losses, or discrepancies in inventory levels. Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, root causes, and potential corrective measures to ensure accurate stock management and minimize financial impact.

Oversee and assist store staff to maintain optimal operational performance.

Ensure the store remains meticulously organized, impeccably clean, and securely managed at all times.

Compile inventory data and generate stock reports to be presented to management, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of inventory levels and movements.

Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain smooth and efficient inventory management processes.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably using languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Must demonstrate proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks like React or Angular and back-end technologies such as Node.js or Django. Strong understanding of databases, API design, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment are mandatory. Prior experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.

A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree or equivalent in any academic discipline is required.

With at least two years of hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail store management, the ideal candidate will bring a strong operational background to this role.

Residing within the Leak Phase 1 area or its immediate surroundings is a requirement for this position.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, demonstrating exceptional supervisory capabilities and fostering a productive work environment.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in maintaining meticulous organization and accurate record-keeping practices.

Maintaining a strong commitment to ethical standards, personal responsibility, and meticulous precision in all tasks is essential.

Candidates with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience in inventory management systems will be highly regarded.

Proven expertise in analytical thinking and strategic problem resolution, with a demonstrated ability to dissect complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Demonstrated capability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while consistently meeting established deadlines.
