We seek a seasoned, meticulous, and results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of our Central Store. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory management, supervise staff, uphold precise stock control, and implement efficient inventory systems to sustain seamless business operations.

Oversee a diverse range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations to ensure seamless workflows and adherence to established protocols. Implement strategic initiatives designed to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance across the organization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making. Facilitate clear and consistent communication to maintain alignment with stakeholders at all levels. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, organizational policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity. Responsibilities include the comprehensive management of store operations and inventory control systems to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure the precise receipt, secure storage, and timely issuance of inventory items.

Responsible for accurately documenting stock movements and maintaining precise inventory records to ensure comprehensive tracking and accountability.

Oversee the completion of stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Oversee inventory levels and manage replenishment efforts to mitigate shortages or surplus stock.

Ensure adherence to established company policies and inventory management protocols at all times.

Conduct thorough examinations to identify and document any inconsistencies, shortages, or variances in stock levels, ensuring accurate reporting of findings.

Oversee and assist store staff to maintain optimal operational performance.

Ensure the store is consistently organized, clean, and secure at all times.

Compile and present detailed inventory and stock reports for senior leadership review, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation.

Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain optimal inventory control and ensure operational continuity.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning are also highly valued.

A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree or higher in any academic field is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail store management is required.

Must live close to Leak Phase 1 or its surrounding areas.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, demonstrating strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Proven expertise in maintaining meticulous organization and precise record-keeping practices.

Maintains a high standard of integrity, demonstrates accountability in all actions, and exhibits meticulous attention to detail.

A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems would be considered beneficial.

Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
