Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager oversees the entire restaurant operation, guaranteeing outstanding customer service, streamlined food service delivery, staff efficiency, food standards, and financial success.

Oversee and execute core duties that include managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Facilitate communication between departments to promote alignment and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality results while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in the field, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, preferably from an accredited institution. The ideal applicant should demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Prior experience in project management or leadership roles will be highly advantageous, as will familiarity with current industry trends and best practices. The ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines is required.

A Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in overseeing restaurant operations is required.

A background in high-volume food service operations is advantageous.
