The Housekeeper is tasked with upholding cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the company premises or designated property. This position is essential in fostering a secure, sanitary, and welcoming atmosphere for employees, guests, and clients alike.
Oversee and execute a broad spectrum of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while fostering efficiency and accountability across all operational domains; develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to drive performance improvements and sustainable growth; collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance interdepartmental communication; conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, mitigate risks, and propose data-driven solutions that support informed decision-making; maintain strict compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards to uphold organizational integrity and reputation.
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and shared common areas to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.
Regularly perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
Empty and sanitize trash receptacles, ensuring all waste is discarded in accordance with established disposal protocols.
Responsible for ensuring an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly notifying management of any shortages.
Ensure the upkeep of cleaning equipment and organize its proper storage following each use.
Promptly notify management of any maintenance concerns or damages identified.
Maintain adherence to all health and safety regulations and protocols to safeguard workplace conditions and mitigate potential hazards.
Provide support with various administrative or operational tasks as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency in daily operations.
Requirements
A Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or its equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.
A background in housekeeping or cleaning services is highly beneficial.
Proficient in the selection and application of appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Capable of efficiently executing tasks autonomously with little to no oversight required.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to precision and accuracy in all tasks undertaken. Exhibits a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and ensuring flawless execution of responsibilities.
