Seeking a seasoned professional to oversee day-to-day operations with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess at least five years of relevant experience in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of driving team performance and achieving measurable results. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in project management software and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
A minimum of four to eight years of sales experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector is required.
Proficiency in diapers, baby care items, tissue products, sanitary products, or other hygiene-focused fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) categories is strongly preferred.
